My first free birth and the preparation of was what led me into the birth field. I never initially aspired to work in the birth field, I merely began going where I was called and needed. I like to say I kind of ended up here. I love everything natural birth with everything in my being! It is in my blood to help educate and empower women to take back their births and believe in their abilities. Free birth- birth with no medical provider in attendance, is my calling. I have had 2 hospital births myself that led me to understand why hospitals aren’t always the best place to deliver. I quickly learned while researching the true meaning of natural, physiological, and unhindered birth. I began to research free birth and everything necessary for me to have an unassisted birth. My Unassisted Birth was on International Home Birthing Day of 2017 and was the most healing of experiences. I am currently planning another free birth in the months to come, as well! I now attend unassisted births as a Birth Keeper as I am needed; I am here to serve my community and educate others. I look forward to helping teach our future generation of Birth Keepers with radical thinking and practice through this certification program!
